We’re happy to provide our new patient forms right on our website. Go ahead and complete our forms from the comfort of your own home.
Financial Information
We don’t want an orthodontic problem to turn into a money problem. That’s why we’ll do what we can to work within your budget. This includes:
- Accepting most credit cards
- CareCredit is available
- We offer in-house payment plans (no interest financing)
Insurance Policy
While we do accept most insurance plans, we are only in-network with Delta Dental. Currently, we do not accept Medicaid.
Insurance can be a confusing road and our team is here to help! We’ll file insurance claims on your behalf and let you know the extent of your coverage.

We don’t “start” orthodontics. Instead, we get to know you and discuss what you don’t like about your smile. You’ll spend quality time with Dr. Barnes and have an honest conversation about your needs.

We believe orthodontics isn’t one-size-fits-all. You have a smile goal in mind, and we’ll present all of your options to help you choose the right method for you. Tell us what you need, and we’ll help get you there.
Starting Your Treatment
After doing a thorough patient exam and discussing your options, we’ll leave the decision of how to proceed up to you! If you wish to start treatment right away, we will get started that same day.
